At Aerosmith Aviation, we specialize in guiding you through every stage of PA-46 / Piper Malibu ownership — from purchasing to training to selling your aircraft when it’s time to move on. Whether you’re acquiring your first Malibu or transitioning to a more advanced platform, our full-service expertise makes ownership seamless, safe, and enjoyable.  We help you find the right aircraft, negotiate the best deal, secure insurance tailored to your mission, and — when the time comes — market and sell your aircraft efficiently and confidently. Once your aircraft is yours, we provide personalized, in-aircraft training based on your experience and goals — all at your location.

Owner & Transition Training: 

Fly your PA‑46 (Malibu, Mirage, M350) with confidence—initial, recurrent, or instrument proficiency training in your own aircraft.

 

  • At Aerosmith Aviation, we offer personalized, aircraft-specific training, in PA-46 Piper Malibu/ Mirage/M350 and JetProp aircraft.  

  • We also offer airplane management from the pre-buy inspection, to annuals as well as aquisition and sales.  

  • Led by CFII Brian Smith, a seasoned pilot, instructor, and aircraft owner with over a decade of experience in these types

  • Brian has owned his PA46 Piper Malibu and Beachcraft Duke BE60 for 10 years and is currently a flight instructor at Aerosmith Flight School KECP

  • Train with a professional aviation consultant who knows this aircraft market inside and out and train to fly to professional standards

Train with an Instructor who: 

  • Owns your make and model airplane

  •  Values the importance of mentorship and knowledge transfer

  •  Integrates airplane PIC command control and aeronautical decision making

  •  Teaches the WHY behind the actions

  • Safety comes first and while timelines are flexible, Certificate goals need to be met on time, we will get you there! 

  • Recurrent, IPC, or Flight Review 

  • References available upon request

Instrument Rating: 

Learn to fly in all conditions—heavy clouds, rain, night. Requires 40 instrument hours + CFII instruction.

Commercial Pilot Certificate:

Enhance your pilot qualifications like a pro. Develop precision flying skills, master complex maneuvers, and meet the 250-hour minimum required to fly for compensation or hire. Ideal for those pursuing a professional aviation career. 

CFI / CFII: 

Become a pilot and continue training to become as safe and experienced pilot under mentorship of experienced pilots including:  Brian Smith (CFI/CFII) with over 4,000 hours of GA Piston aircraft experience, Colin Evans (CFI) with over 1,000 hours of Cessna 172 Experience and Sean Stoskopf (CFI/CFII) over 1,000 hours of Cessna 172 experience.
